We purchased our first rental property back in 2016 and since then we rapidly developed a big passion to renovate and provide much needed rental quality housing in the Kansas City area.
We are a family-owned and locally-operated company that have earned an A+ BBB Rating and 5-Star reviews. We buy houses from people all over the Kansas City Metro Area who are looking for an alternative to listing on the MLS
As we continued renovating houses, we also saw the need to help and make it simple to homeowners to sell their house during difficult situations, like a foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate or anything else. We focus on providing them with a solution so they can continue do the things they love.
On the back end, we have perfected processes and partnered with local builders to provide housing with high standards to people that are not ready to own a house, but are looking for a place to live that is updated, functional and is well maintained.
The Team
Arthur – The guy behind the operation
The main skills Arthur developed in his career relate to building and improving. From process consultant to retail entrepreneur, he has sharpened his abilities to make systems, processes and now houses work better. He teams up with professionals and builders to ensure things are done right. At home, Arthur enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and two young kids playing soccer, tennis or building Legos.
Jennifer – CDO (Chief Decision Officer)
Jennifer is a people person. If she is not helping people find mental and emotional balance as a social worker, she is helping us make big decisions and directing us away from chaos. She gives us all emotional support and is the glue that holds the house and family together.
Nico – Project Visionary
If we can add a tree house or a floating extra bedroom to a house, Nico will identify it first. He is the chief idea creator when he is not playing soccer or constructing outer space stations.
Alex – Director of Early Operations
Alex ensures that we all use every last bit of our energy, from the crack of dawn to midnight, he is there to remind us there’s no time to waste.
